Yes, this SturdlyCaptializingOrthography[TM] stinks. I'd prefer a transliteration that avoids this. But better print it in Klingon letters (piqad), anyway.

Yes, it is totally screwed. Not to forget the bizarre distribution of dental vs. retroflex consonants.
