I've not checked 2nd season yet, but 1st season doesn't have english subtitles (I don't expect 2nd season to be different, but you never know). Which sucks, no silent watching of SG-1 (unless I relearn spanish or learn french!). On the other hand, they do have spanish and french subtitles, and the "foreign words" seem to be spelled consistently, so one could probably pick them out from those. I wonder if we can get copies of the playscripts somewhere. I think a website has something like that, taken from the closed captioning, but I wouldn't regard that as "canon". :) The Stargate The Film Special Edition has english subtitles (only, sadly).
