Means to take an unfair share of something. The most common
connotation is when a group is passing a marijuana cigarette and
someone takes an excessively large toke of the joint. Thus the phrase,
"don't bogart that joint".
Beavis and Butt-head were known for a less narcotic version of the
phrase: "don't bogart the nachos".
