Note that on WinNT the US-International keyboard makes a distinction between the left ALT key, which is just ALT, and the right ALT key, which is now equivalent to Shift-Alt. So you can generate c-cedilla with just RightAlt+c, for example. But this doesn't work on Win95. -- John Cowan cowan@ccil.org e'osai ko sarji la lojban.
