What books might those be? I've been trying to find a decent book on phonology (the ones I have on phonetics are more than sufficient for my current purposes; I'm afraid I fall asleep looking at staticky-seeming pictures and reading about vowel formants, alas) and the Cornell bookstore has such a pitiably inadequate section...<sigh> I did try the library, but I must not have looked in the right places or something, because I wasn't happy with the ones I did find.
