perhaps this should include the capability to translate out of the language
as well, in  other words : can someone who is not the author translate a
text in the conlang to their language?
Also I recall someone metioning that the north wind and the sun was more
useful than the charter of rights and freedoms and the lord's prayer as a
starter text
