I'm really bad at questions of stress, at least which of two stressed
syllables bares the primary stress. I *think* I say "weekénd", but
that's an unreliable assessment. I do say "fortnight" and "Tuesday
week", though, which I think Americans find charmingly archaic if they
know what they mean. ("Fortnight" is *such* a useful term, I have no
idea how you get by without it. *So* many things happen on a
fortnightly basis. In particular, pay ;)
