English aspiration

Just a quick question. Is /tS/ aspirated in English? I ask just because
normally, /tj/ > /tS/ in my dialect: tune /tSu\;n/, courtyard
/ko:tSa:d/, unless the letter before is an /s/: nextyear /neksdZI:/,
lastyear /la:sdZI:/. Is that possibly related to the way unvoiced stops
are unaspirated after /s/ (in e.g. spit)?

Tristan.
