Well exactly. "He wants you to buy him a car, David does." "He's going to town, David is." "He's a right bad'un, he is!" "Ooh, I hates him, I does, that Professor 'Iggins!" In fact, this feature of cockney, where the stressed pronoun is repeated at the end is very interesting to me-- ooh, it interests me, it does-- and gives me hope that Teonaht can come up with emphatic patterns that break out of the mold.
