I DO put the returns in. But when I see my post appearing on thelist, the returns are ignored. The line still wraps all the way out beyond where I had put in a carriage return, and where the returns are, there is no space and two words will be jammed together. I checked my mailer preferences, Irina, and Netscape is supposed to wrap the line after 72 columns. So I don't really know how to solve the problem you are having reading my text. For this note, I've been putting in carriage returns after where it says "STOP" up at the top of Netscape Communicator, about four and a half inches worth of typed text. Maybe the distorted management of my text is something only I see when I read my public post. If I don't put the returns in, I get back a typed message that has long and short lines in it, as though it can't wrap my own message properly. Sally
