Well, in Watakass=ED, there are a few odd restrictions, such as no /gj/ o= r /gi/. When I make a mistake, I either alter it, either by replicating actual sound changes from Kass=ED to Watakass=ED (such as /gj/ --> /j/ an= d /gi/ to /i/), or, when possible (as in this case) chalk it up to a borrowing. The Kass=ED have no problems with pronouncing /gj/ or /gi/, i= t just happens that they don't have it. --=20 Pisitakassisag=E1finva-bu? Do you speak Watakass=ED? La, Pisitakassisag=E1uv Yes, I do speak Watakass=ED. http://members.tripod.com/~Nik_Taylor/Conlang/W.html http://members.tripod.com/~Nik_Taylor/Books.html ICQ #: 18656696 AIM screen-name: NikTailor
