        France and Holland are at the same hour too (GMT+1/GMT+2), and yet they
have dinner respectively at 20H00 and 18H00 (18H-19H and 16H-17H in
solar time). So it's not only a problem of solar time. I think the most
important part of it is the North-South position. The more Southern you
are, the later you have dinner.
