It's a font; I don't draw *that* well. Wish I could, but oh well. It's one of three shareware (or freeware?) fonts floating on the net in various places, called KoreanModernSSK, KoreanSansSSK and KoreanTimesSSK. I used the KoreanTimesSSK font. These use a lot of zero-width glyphs to type real Korean.
