i just found some notes about one of my first conlangs

i was looking for something today and i just found a notebook that i had
a few years ago and i found some info about one of my early conlangs
(along with a greek tengwar mode, a proto-indo-european tengwar mode,
notes about the hebrew alphabet, the greek alphabet, cyrillic, angerthas,
futhark... lot's of interesting stuff).  apparently there were other
pages about the conlang and the only one that i have is the third or
fourth (i can tell because i always wrote info about my conlangs in a
certain order then).  here's what's on this page (i just added the
X-SAMPA based on how i think i would have made it):

i think that sha-, pa-, and napa- could also be she-, pe-, and nepe-,
from what i remember of the language (that ente, onge, unge, orve, urve
thing is very different from anything in my other conlangs, so i know
which one this was, but i don't remember the name of it).
