It may be noted that the commonest pronunciation of Swedish /S/ is [x], and
that [s'] is normally interpreted phonemically as /rs/, and that [C] and
[s`] pretty much never contrast, /C/ occuring only syllable-initially, /rs/
only after the syllable core.
