Well, technically - but predatory animals are "karma-impaired" - souls or
bundles of soul matter that have yet to work their way up the ladder.

Like my takes on Judaism and Christianity - I've yet to touch Islam, but then
I don't have nearly enough material on that yet - it's a thought experiement.
