Yet they sound so distinct to me :) (Fortunately, I doubt anyone would mix up 'reed' and 'rid', being two incredibly distinct words in use and meaning.)

Tell me... if you have the status/log window attached to the bottom of the window, does Eudora still go mad when you have no windows open? I found that the most horribly annoying bug in Eudora when I used it, and it's probably part of what prompted me to convert to Linux as my main OS :) (again...)
